Companhia de Música Teatral (CMT) is a Portuguese ensemble that has been exploring the intersections of music and other artistic languages for more than twenty-five years, creating comprehensive and versatile artistic experiences. CMT’s “artistic educational constellations” arise from their exploration of the relationships between art and education, in which they interconnect academic and artistic research, training, and community involvement, promoting the experience of art as a tool for social and human development. CMT’s repertoire is a kaleidoscope of performances, installations, workshops, medium- and long-term projects, training activities, publications in various formats, participation in research projects, and presentations that have a national and international scope.
